In case you're using the Google Analytics integration feature of CoBrowser.net, you can use the following predefined segments to measure the behaviour of the CoBrowser.net chat. Open your Google Analytics account and click on the links below to import the segments:
- With successful conversation - measures the number of visits in which both visitor and agent said something.
- Invite Sent - measures the number of visits in which an invitation was sent.
- Invite Declined - measures the number of visits in which a invitation was declined.
- Invite Accepted - measures the number of visits in which an invitation was accepted.
- Has engaged - measures the number of visits in which the visitor pushed the chat button or accepted an invitation.
- Chat was present - measures the number of visits that there was a chat possible
- Chat was not present - measures the number of visits that there was no chat possible
- Chat Button was present - measures the number of visits in which there was a chat button present
- Agent did not reply - measures the number of visits in which the agent did not answer an incoming chat
Event actions
If you wish so, you can also make advanced segments yourself. To do this the following Event Actions are available:
- Chatbutton View - triggers when the visitor has a chatbutton visible on the page.
- Chatbutton Click - triggers when the visitor clicks the chat button on the page.
- Proactive Invite - triggers when the visitor receives an invitation.
- Proactive Accepted - triggers when the visitor accepts an invitation.
- Proactive Declined - triggers when the visitor declines an invitation.
- Visitor Reply - triggers when the visitor replies.
- Agent Reply - triggers when the agent/operator replies.
- Succesfull conversation - triggers when there has been a chat conversation (dialogue) between the visitor and the agent.
