To manage your agent's account go to the tab Agents in your account configuration. You can add and delete users here. Also you can change contact details, password, photo, etc. In this article you will learn how you can do that:
When you open the tab Agents you see a list of the agents associated with your account:

What can I change?
If you click on one of the agents from the list you can change the following properties:
- Username - the name that is used to login to client.cobrowser.net . Note that the username is case sensitive.
- Email - the E-mail address of the user.
- Password - The password (useful if a user forgot his password)
- First and Last name - The name that will be displayed in the Chat window.
- Localization - Language of the chat interface of the agent
- Photo - A photo to show in the chat window
- Permissions & domains - Assigned domain (in which domain the agent can chat) and other permissions
- Number of conversations - The maximum number of simultaneous chat conversations (slots) an agent can have.
