In case an agent can't view the content of the visitor's screen (cobrowsing) in most cases this is caused by a mixed content warning in your webbrowser.
Mixed content warning
The chat application of CoBrowser.net uses SSL (https). The pages that are shown are hosted mostly on insecure http. Web browsers like Internet Explorer and Google Chrome do not allow by default to load insecure elements in a secure webpage.
Internet Explorer
In Internet Explorer this warning is shown once the http-content is loaded. It could look like this:

To load all content (including the stylesheets of your webpage), click "Show all content".
Google Chrome
In Google Chrome the mixed content warning looks like this:

To load all (mixed) content, click "Load anyway".
Firefox
In Firefox the mixed content warning looks like this:

To load all (mixed) content, click "Disable Protection on This Page".
Other possible causes
Other causes of not showing properly the visitor's screen could be:
- The web sites uses a custom base url pointing to a different domain (e.g. a content delivery network).
- The original site is blocked (e.g. a development or test environment or an IP-block).
