Step 3: Check your installation

Basic functionality check

The easiest way to check is to set up a test chat conversation. Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Login to https://client.cobrowser.net with the supplied login details.
Step 2: Go Online (button on the right top)
Step 3: Go to your website
Step 4: Check if the Online chatbutton is visible and click it (it could take up to 20 seconds before the chatbutton first appears)
Step 5: Try to send messages both ways
